I've found a nice customizable on-line motorcycle trip check list: http://www.micapeak.com/info/list.html

Please go to the link:
*Review the items in each section
*Modify as it fits your needs
*Print & check off as you complete it

Two things I think each person should add is:
1. Birth Certificate
2. Spare spark plugs (one set)

Check your bike from stem to stern before the trip, & each morning before we ride.

Yes, proof if insurance, & a copy of your registration!!

On another note:

I need to know what adult beverage each that will be attending prefer? I don't want to tip my hand, but I need to know... ;)

With that said, I have this announcement:
Anyone who partakes in more than ONE adult beverage, WILL be expected to not leave CMU until breakfast the next morning!!

I also need to know how many smokers will be in attendance? I will try & make sure there's plenty butt cans about...

Smoker......generally coffee, coke or an occasional shot of Jack
A good bike mechanic only needs two tools, WD40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move, but should, use the WD40. If it does move but shouldn't use the duct tape.

For the non-drinkers (as well as the drinkers): What non-alcoholic beverages would you like to have on hand?

Queenie: I'm sure a ride could be arranged... ;)

BTW: Here the local forecast for the weekend:

Well, heres the deal. Now I'm a non-participant. Got 50 miles out of town and my bike started acting up. Missing, lack of power, a sputter on the right side when holding the throttle at around 3-4k rpm. It ran fine last weekend on a 200 mile ride. Its got a fresh tune, new timing belts, new plugs. I suspect some carb issues. I'll see what I can do. Maybe I'll make the Rockies part of the run. Maybe its meant to be, my friend had the chills and said he almost puked when we stopped, I been feeling poorly all week. Still feel like a dope. You all have fun. See ya when ya get here Reb Rouser.

Well hopefully the windshield will show up tomorrow :-D
I also have discovered a problem and that is with paperwork. I can not find a current inscurance card. I have last years and I just sent the money for this year coming up but am missing the one that covers now. I have a policy but apparently in the move things got misplaced. I will figure something out. :-?
