Unfortunately there's no info to the pic.

hhhhhmmmmmm, get me a couple of them red lights, a two-tone horn, put "Polizia Municipale" across the fairing, then put it on eBay along with that photo and claim its a rare collectors item, a vintage Italian Police GoldWing worth big $$$$ to the true collector!!!
