One of the first GL1000 press bikes on test in Britian

Image

Now here's an odd one.
Pilice bikes:
Polizia Municipale. That's the Italian 'city' police.
Unfortunately there's no info to the pic.

Image
BTW the fairing is the same as CharlieT has on his bike

OMG! Good eye there, octane!

Image

Ya know, them Italians have always been known for their good tastes :-D

hhhhhmmmmmm, get me a couple of them red lights, a two-tone horn, put "Polizia Municipale" across the fairing, then put it on eBay along with that photo and claim its a rare collectors item, a vintage Italian Police GoldWing worth big $$$$ to the true collector!!!
A good bike mechanic only needs two tools, WD40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move, but should, use the WD40. If it does move but shouldn't use the duct tape.

Now check this gentleman (and his bike)

Same bike....except for the newer wheels.

Where do you think I got the fairing from???

Boy you're in trouble now octane.....agents from Interpol will be knocking on your door soon regarding blowing the cover of one of their most secret, secret agents a7 busted

There's a man who leads a life of danger
To everyone he meets he stays a stranger
With every move he makes another chance he takes
Odds are he won't live to see tomorrow

Secret agent man, secret agent man
They've given you a number and taken away your name

...and here's the song your wife wrote for you:

"He's never caught one spy untold
He's never even caught a cold
Got his degree from Disney Land
But he's the last of the secret agents
And he's my man

He's an underwhelming kind of sleuth
He thinks James Bond is some kind of suit
He's farther back than also ran
But he's the last of the secret agents
And he's my man

He'd come in third in a two-horse race
I've never had to slap his face
(What a shame)
But people try to understand
He's the last of the secret agents
And he's my man

He's the last of the secret agents
And he's my man
He's the last of the secret agents
And he's my man "
