Solid info, for any one that is going to rebuild that GL that like mine has stood for 15 years. Just because it WAS running doesn't mean it will run now, even if it does, the smart move is to look inside no matter. Those gaskets and small rings are all way too old to be trustworthy. Get it striped out, check it all out measure, measure and measure again. By rebuilding the engine you will know that all is good, all that assembly lube is going to protect you engine in it's first moments.
