Got her down to a rolling frame today. Wheels and such come off Monday, and off goes the frame for powder, along with a bunch of other parts. I also plan to talk with Magnacharger next week and get that part going. For relaxation, I'll play with getting the graphics lined up. The engine is on the bench, ready for cleaning and mech work.
Now that I have everything off, you can see that the bike is far from pristine. In fact it looks just like my 82 Magna did after 10,000 miles. Dirt and rust in the usual hard to get to places. But the great thing is finding little or no evidence of the PO tinkering. Everything is right where it should be, torqued properly -and removes according to procedure.
So, the cam will not be changing much over the next three days. Might mention that the cam updates the pic every minute. You can see changes, if they are happening, by refreshing your browser every couple of minutes or so. Ya'll have a great holiday!!

The action will be a bit slow as I wait for the painting to finish and get the parts in. Time for a lot of small details like brakes, forks, etc. I also will be installing the hydro clutch using a barnett set up. Glad I wrote that tech tip on how to do it! LOL Ruff, if you are in the area, stop by, there is pepsi and beer in the fridge at the studio!
