Yep. Yesterday's little ice storm amounted to about half an inch of snow that absorbed the rain and froze but it was mostly gone by morning.
Today's soundtrack around here will be chainsaws and wood chippers again.

G'Morning Folks;
And the roller coaster continues !
We had rain, snow, and freezing rain all within the past 48 hours. And that is how it usually is in Eastern Canada in the spring (ie, mud season).
My Wing is ready.
Over the winter somebody dropped something on its digital gauge cluster and cracked the clear lens, that will require changing before the season gets serious.
Best Regards;

89 here today. Broke the high temp record by 1 degree. Thankfully the humidity is nice, only in the 40's so it is fairly comfortable outside. Another Hot day (89) tomorrow with winds then that problem weather front is going to move in on Monday. 50's and 60's next week.

It is above freezing (about 6c), it isn't raining and there is just a gentle breeze. It is a good day for the guys with chainsaws cleaning up from the storm.

When I went for the mail Friday the box was empty and there was a sign saying they'll be closed until next week. A neighbour told me the basement flooded and ruined the furnace. Apparently they went in Thursday to sort the backlog in the cold and will be open again when they have heat.
Our furnace and hot water tank seem to be working OK but I think I'll arrange to have our them inspected at some point just in case.

I have almost finished going through the stuff in the basement shop. A lot of what was on the floor is boxes of odd pieces of wood and if I lose them I won't cry. This afternoon I'm going to start on the model train room.

I will only get 2/3rd of it off, and you will still have to wash her. Dogs will be no help.

The Weather Network says what's falling right now is snow mixed with rain but it looks more like something between snow and hail to me. I don't think it will knock any trees down, though.

BTW, I ordered a generator this morning.

The shed that Mr.H is in. At this point I have no idea whether I will be taking it out this summer but if I do it won't be any time soon.

Sorry to see. That is a mess. Our apple trees are already in full bloom and now we have a freeze warning for tonight.
