Perhaps we could all GO on the Ferry and then at the end of the Ride those adventurous souls who wished to could RETURN via the Big Bridge ?

I ain't never been to the UP but I can not imagine it is much different than Northern Maine or New Brunswick.

The Big Mac bridge aint bad. Just don't look down at the water between the grates and it wont seem to be swaying as much. JB

the UP in some places like a big forest . Take er slow. They are deer everywhere. JB

i haven't been to the UP yet either. but it is on my list as well as the "bridge" that no one around here can stop talking about. but it might be a separate trip for me. also whitefish bay and the edmond fitzgerald museum. all could be done at the same time i guess.. its just time and money

for me even time is getting hard to find. who would have thought
