You know how it is, get working on other things and rode the Blackbird a lot last summer. Moving the machine shop/ fabrication tools out of my unsuitable garage to my son's shop. Been clearing out space and have to run some 220v for the mill and welder.

Yours is a build that shouldn't be rushed. I'm pretty sure it'll come together.
Whatever I suggest here should be given ample time for a moderator to delicately correct. I apologize in advance.

Awesome build! I love reading about the problem solving and the creative process to make all these parts work together. The swingarm is a work of genius. If you don't mind me asking, what did you do to attain these skills (fabricating)?

Thanks man. But there are many talented fabricators and mechanics on numerous motorcycle forums. A lot of the inspiration comes by having a problem that needs to be solved. I use what tools and materials I have available to me. Sort of developes as it progresses. And it's fun!

Me too! I was priviledged to see what was more or less the starting of this bike, back in in either 2013 or 2015 (don't remember which). Awesome machining and fabrication skills. It would be a real shame if it didn't get completed.
