Excellent Norbert, it looks like it belongs on a poster. You have certainly realized your vision!

My only suggestion would be to swop out your grips with tan ones, to match the seat. If not available I think black would at least match the tank and frame.

The current ones just don't seem to match anything and draw the eye, spoiling the overall impact of a most beautiful machine.

Cheers, you deserve a round, or six anim-cheers1 anim-cheers1 anim-cheers1

Yeah Mark, you're right, think I'll order some black grips.

Lemme try some better pics today, lets see if they are better than yesterdays...

Norbert,

Gorgeous, it is perfect.

I must go back through and read about your seat because it's a lovely looking job and the way you've tricked the tail of Maximus is one of the best I've seen. They should be easy right, but those turn-down horned frame rails have to be dealt with like you have here...

And the bird turned out just right too!
cheers

Thanks Dean! The bird did work out great right? I was contemplating leaving it out at one point, but Wheeliedog convinced me to keep it, glad I did.

Made this little dudad to bolt onto my front brake line splitter
Had the shape laser cut from 8mm aluminium ( or 5/16 aluminum in America :-D ) then shaped it with a grinder and polished it up a little. Looks like a real spanner, was fun to do....Image

Built not bought. Need to make your own tool line too. BNB Tools.

Great job. It is so fun having a bike you do yourself. When my bike is in a line-up of off the shelf bikes, it is the one people walk over to take a closer look at.

Your bike is sure to be an eye catcher and attention magnet. She sure is pretty. Looks to be a BOM contender.
