Well the bike runs, I've been tuning and messin with it most of Sept. I'll have it all sorted out
by next Spring. Oh the no spark was the pulse generator...left the reluctor loose, and it won't spin with the shaft.

I'm suppose to get it pinstriped and such on Friday (weather permitting).

I'm working on a name. Could use help. I'm planning an oval circle on the shelter...in it the name
Here are some of my thoughts

Any thoughts or suggestion would be appreciated

At this point I've put about 300 miles on "Buddy", and when you consider the length of the runners, he runs pretty good.
This winter I have a little more tweeking to do and a couple of small cosmetic improvements.
And they said it couldn't be done.....
Cheers...

Very, very cool bike. I am curious how your fender holds up. I had mine tight to the tire with supports in the middle, and it keeps breaking the supports I have used and now needs some rehab. I have a Harley tombstone on it. It's now up in the stock location until I can get time to rework it.

My rear fender is a trailer fender from a place like Harbor Freight. I cut the frame rails just rear of the turn signals and capped them. I used 2 thread-serts (1/4 X 20) on both sides for mounting. The rear shocks are Sportsters and I put them on just the way I got them. The fender is solid as a rock and I have bottomed out yet. Actually never even thought about it...with all the tuning and such. The bike rides like a stock GW which is all I was after.

Thanks again for the name!
Cheers...

Mine has an m109 monoshock and does have more travel than stock. It is a motorcycle fender and probably a little lighter than a trailer fender. I need to go chop my wings off and make it a true bobber. The wife likes to ride occasionally, but I will just have to take the other bike for that.

Very impressive, your bike looks fantastic. Always amazed at the imagination and skill of some people. If there is a deliberate reference to the great Buddy, hope you meant to spell Holly with the extra 'E'!
I've just been working on my final drive with a wire brush and still undecided whether to use a rattle can or a brush!
