Well Folks,
another weeks R&R has passed and I am back at work again, i was busy slaving over a hot lathe, milling machine and welder. Many achievements were acomplished, but not mutch to show for it all, and in the end I had a couple of dissapiontments.

Sometines I get carried away with things and forget to document the process with photos so there are a few items that just seem to pop up from nowhere.

So starting off from where I left off;

Now to mount the first strutt onto the bike, this will give me a starting point for all the rest.

Now for the front lower strut and mount.

I had fitted the rear fitting onto the bike to locate the exact position of the front lower mounting point.

I had started to machine the lug last cycle and only took one photo (I get carried away).

So now I have the bottom two strutts fitted into position, I can now set up the upper strutts and tack weld the lugs onto the frame in the right position (they are held on by worm drive hose clamps at the moment).

Again i work faster than my camera so i re-enacted the first bit.

Re-assemble the bike again, make up an adjustable support using a turnbuckle with right and left hand threads on it and a bracket to attach to bike frame on end and another to my wooden workbench the other end. this will help me get the bike on the right angle to set up the sidecar chasis whilst on the bench.

I do have a couple more photos to upload but time has run out and I have to do some work here at work.

Please enjoy this lot, any comments +ve or -ve will be appreciated.

Best regards, Peter.
