Thank you guys for the fantastic remarks, but I do make mistakes as you will see.
I think this design of alloy wheel was stock on the last of the Mini Clubman's from the early 70's somewhere ??
I am aiming to set the sidecar on my tug without cutting holes in the fairing so as I can just unbolt the chair and ride solo. But when I had bolted it all together finger tight I did expect some play and wobble from the joints moving a little from not being properly tight, but the up and down movement was a little too much
I am now drawing up another strutt to triangulate the front strutt.
the problem is the two lower arms can rotate allowing the front strutt to pivot on the lower coupling as it too close to the bike.
I am also trying to keep the sidecar chassis under the sidecar.
If my design still does not work the fairing will get the hole saw treatment!
All the Best, Peter.

well I am back home now, and I think I will post up daily reports (if I achieve anything of interest to do with my Wings).
All week I have been thinking of how to achieve rigidity for the front strut, and I am going to triangulate it with another adjustable strut. I am not sure if it will be as strong as I wish but if not I will scrap the whole thing and start again from the beginning.
Here goes then, I have 7 batches of photos to upload.
Regards, Peter.

Thanks for your kind words Casper, I am enjoying this build and looking forward to flying down the highway on her. I do enjoy showing off, but the main reason I upload in such detail is for others who want to do the same, they can copy ideas, add to them to suit their setup and learn by my mistakes too.
it is 6:30 am here so I will wander in, wake up the Minister of War and have some breakfast.
All the best to all. Peter.

Beautiful work Pedro, I've thought about fitting a chair to my GL1200 Interstate so my brother (who's missing a foot) can ride, and luckily I've got a lathe and mill etc, but (until now) no ideas on how to install/set up a "chair", so I'm following your thread with great interest.
Please keep up the detailed posts mate, I'm learning much from your experience. Cheers, Terry.
