lolol Did a tire rotation 2 weeks ago and put it back together with a air impact then followed that up with a torque wrench. I think the book calls for 130 ft/lb but I like 110. They good!

BADDOG took me to the dentist today for a final crown. If you are so inclined, you may call me King Fred now. Also BADDOG took me to UPS to drop a pkg and to the grocery for some sides to go with ribs on the smoker.

anim-cheers1 Smokin' some ribs !

We went for an 80 mile ride and I got stung TWICE.
One bee flew up my jacket sleeve and stung me in the armpit and another one got me on the neck.
It's pollinator season.

Was out with Sagebrush years back and got a stinging critter up the pants leg. Bugger got me about 5 times before I hit the right spot with my fist. No fun running down the road at 60 mph punching your leg!!

Wifey worked the Memorial Day Holiday so she got 4 days off this weekend. We had a lovely ride down to Barco NC to one of our favorite eateries (Fried Scallops!) then up to Pungo Va to hit the Farmers market and get some ridiculously good Strawberries. I wanted to take the ferry across from Knotts Island but there was quite a breeze so I figured the land side was the best. About a 120 mile day is just right for her. Beautiful weather.

Yesterday was another Beautiful low 70's, low humidity day. Rusty planned on doing Laundry and cleaning house. I put the kibosh on that and told her to get on the bike. The Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel (HRBT) was a parking lot going West out of town so we circled around and rode the other way. Up 10 to Surry then across the river. After the ferry ride we stopped in Williamsburg for some Bruster's Ice Cream and then up to Lightfoot to get some color samples for the wall paint. Then it was pure misery on the slab getting home. About 3.5 miles of 20 feet at a time trying to get across the HRBT. I should have known better. Still a better day than laying on the couch :crosso :crosso
