I just picked up a 78 wing with low miles, so I went looking for some information on the net and found you site. I never knew that there were others that liked the naked look of the old wings. Good site with great information.
The question is I have is about the photo of the 78 wing (Tom’s 78 GL1000 - www.ngwclub.com/gallery/naked_wings/tom_hawn_gl1000_6).
My bike is in need of a new set of exhaust pipes and I was wondering if anyone knows the make of the pipes on Tom’s 78 and where someone could get a pair. I really like the upsweep look of the megaphones, are they one piece or a slip on?
Thanks in advance for any information anyone can give me.
