The Honda Factory Manual States As Follows
For cold climates: NGK D7EA or ND X22ES-U
Standard: NGK D8EA or ND X24ES-U
For extended high speed operation: NGK D9EA or ND X27ES-U
Spark Plug Gap: 0.6 to0.7 mm (0.024 to0.028 in)
Tightening Torque: 120 to 190 KG-CM (104to165 IN-LBS)

Irradiums are a good choice as I have heard. They are a NGK plug so you have all the same quality and more. Some of the CB DOHC guys use them. Supposed to work real well with a performance ignition system.
But realy, changing spark plugs on a bike every year is a good bet, they are cheap, and a big part of performance.
