ignition timing gl1000

i.. have been trying to set the ignition timing but it never seems to line up where can i get a how to on the internet?

Just wandering , did you take the front belt covers off yet ? as the belts MAY be stretched hence the timing not lining up .

Try Randakk, he has lots of information about GL1000.

I liked that link too. he talked about something my i remember my bike doing. guess i still have some carb work that i'm going to do, but looks like it will stay mounted up while I do it.

Going to replace the air-cut off and shim the carb needles.

let you know how it goes
