Exomotive Exocet, basically remove the body from a miata and replace with a tubular frame...and of course it will get the turbo treatment as well. Should end up in the 250-300hp range and weigh about 1500lbs. Don't really enjoy riding anymore so this seemed like a good alternative.

what is to become of the wing once you are done with it? do you plan to sell it?

I’d be interested in your copper gaskets if you don’t need them anymore. I’m going to start collecting bits for a turbo.

Slow progress, but progress nonetheless. Cheap ebay shocks are too weak, but really just needed something for mockup.

I think this is the guy who makes the copper gaskets: gasketman@cox.net and think his name was Lani Visconti. I got two sets from him. They were cheaper than OEM. It’s probably here about 20 pages back. I got the info from this post. I had them made for a 1200 and just had him add 0.5 mm to the size of irishcarbomb’s which he had on file. I don’t know if he still does them.
Whatever I suggest here should be given ample time for a moderator to delicately correct. I apologize in advance.

The bike has been sitting for a couple years now and is mostly disassembled, but Im gearing up to put her back together better than ever. Ive since taught myself to TIG, so one of my main goals is a different shock setup.

Back in 2019 I started to work on it but the bike got pushed aside for other projects, but I did have some custom MLS head gaskets made by a company in Thailand. They came out GREAT and am looking forward to see how they hold up compared to the solid copper ones.

Looking forward to sharing as things progress, and getting caught up on the happenings around NGW.

I've been following this build for a while. Currently working on one myself. What company did those MLS gaskets? I'd like to get a set
