UPSIDE DOWN FORKS!!

HI folks
I know this has been covered im sure many times but I cant locate the relevant threads.I want to fit upside down front end in my GL1100.and have been told there is a guide on here somewhere,can you lovely people point me in the right direction

Here's a start from Irishcarbomb: I used the front end from an 03-04 gsxr 1000. You can find the bearings you need at http://www.allballsracing.com they have a nifty tool to search the bike you have and will list all the conversion kits for various front ends.

I had to grind about 1/4 inch from the bottom of the steering neck to get the gsxr tube to thread. I probably took a hair too much off but it will still work.

Hey Wes!

Hopefully the links I gave you on Facebook helped out. As I had said, more likely than not have to change the frame head to get them lower, or use those spacers that bonnieblktrk had for his project.
