Ride went well. Just need to pull the shelter back off to install my new electronic flasher that came in the mail. While I am in there I will reroute the clutch and throttle cables a little bit.

The only real issue is the gas and temp gauge don't work at all and they worked perfect before. I double checked the plug but I will have to pull the headlight and go through it again. All of the factory harnesses are intact besides the plug for power to the fairing I cut off. Hmmmmm.

daytrader-07 is the seller. He had some listed buy not what I wanted. He made this custom to my specs. Comes with pan and ready to mount. I had to modify the mount hole about 1/4" but otherwise it fits good.

Thanks for this info. I really like your build. How much mod did you need to do to install the gl1000 rear fender and cb900 front fender.

Thanks,
Dan.

The rear fender was just shortened in the front to use the factory holes in both the frame and fender. Then it was shortened in the back some. Front fender mounts right up with just a little expansion of the mounting holes.
