Test Ride Day

#1

Post by Fat_Wing »

OK she isn't 100% yet but I did test ride her yesterday. One of my floats is not adjusted correctly and it floods out #4 after it warms up. So the FatWing still needs fine tuning and a seat made BUT she is damb close. Oh and BTW she started on the first try. Thanks for all your guys help. Check out the link below.

Yes a whole raisin pie as Try said , But as I was saying the the idea I got off of FW is to narrow the front portion of my frame , but I will retain the stock back half . I have my seat height down as you see it to 26 "

Hey FW;

What are your triple trees/forks off? Any modifications on the gooseneck?

I should have pictures today of my ride, it's almost ready to ride (just have to mount a seat and make some adjustments to my rear fender). Now if I can figure out how to post them 8)

The trees are off a 2000 shadow and I had to shorten the stem by 1.5 inch so it would fit the GL frame, then put the stock GL bearings on it. It is about 1 inch wider than the stock GL so you need to have a shadow axle.

Thanks for the comments guys.
