A Parts bike???

I was told this was just a parts bike by guy in Utah who seen the bike sitting outside for a few years on a farm, we were headed to my moms for the holidays and the bike was on the way, so we stop and inquire about it, the gentlemen said it was his brothers bike and put it in the barn in 02 till 5 years ago when he pulled it out of the barn for more room and so his brother would come and get it But he never did, but he did sign off the title to his brother, the gentlemen told his wife for years that he would sell it to the first person to ask about it for $200, we'll I was the first, the bike is a 2 owner 77 with 27,000 miles, a rock solid exhaust that was bought in 80 but not installed till 01 a very nice bike just sun faded, I think this will stay original just as you see it, ill replace the seat with another aged one that I've got I'll restore it mechanically and clean it up but I'm diggin the sun faded look and it will look real cool in between my custom 76 and 78

I bet you can buff that right out and get the color back. You might lose the pinstripes, but those can be replaced.
