What is the best way to turn the motor on my 1100.
I suspect the engine is seized.

The simplest way is to remove the plug on the back of the stator housing and use a ratchet and socket on the stator bolt inside. Be sure to only turn it clockwise, as you otherwise run the risk of loosening the stator bolt. Other methods include putting the bike on the center stand, in gear, and turning the rear wheel, or removing the belt covers and turning the crank shaft bolt (again, clockwise). Using the crankshaft bolt probably allows applying the most torque, if you're trying to break the engine free...

It will also help if you take the spark plugs out.

That's my next step, timing covers are off and I am feeling the urge to remove the right head, as it appears that the timing belt for the right side looks almost new, and the other side looks original.
