I know there are a couple of people here who own Harleys. I want to buy some fiberglass saddlebags that fit Harley. If you have some, let me know. Thanks.

hey brothers,

Dennis Kirk has all kinds of luggage, hard or soft bags. You can also check at J & P Cycles.
I don't know how much help this is, but it's at least a suggestion.

Hope you guys find what you're looking for :)

Bro Z,
I've not gotten much work done on her yet, (been busy working :( ),
but I'll get some pics in a day or so, as she sits now.

I'm still waiting for my 11" shocks to arrive. fly into a rage

By the way, Z, had any luck getting those dog bones?

No I havn't tried yet , I'm lookin at a set of hard saddle bags , the guy only wants $150. for them . so I'm checking into that when he gets home from his holidays . So on the 11" e/e shocks you hace to makw them fit os are they for the GL ? Mine where Harley progressive and the rubber in them where to tight for the GL shock bolt , so what I did was cut a shamfer arounf the rubber that first fit over the shock bolt , put a bit of grease on the bolt and squeezed the shock with the tight ruber over the bolt with a C clamp , it fit tight was able to fit it on that way . Ok , we'll catch you around the site then Chum , Later Eh ?

Lots of good stuff at those sites, but not what I want. I want the factory bags. Thanks for the input, though.

Hey, Z, I got her out in the rain for this one
anyway here's how she sits as of July 7, 05
Image
she's got a temporary seat till I can get the tank and rear fender on.
with this seat alone, seat height dropped 3 to 4 inches...
:( still waiting for those shocks :( that will drop her nearly 3 more. tumb2
