I have the clutch cover, slave cylinder and master cylinder on the way.
Aside from a new hose and gasket is there anything else needed?

Did our 76 a couple of years ago, I think your list is good.

they can be a tuff thing to bleed....

throw out rod length is 5/8's IIRC....

careful not to rip the boot the throw out rod sits in.... you will get a massive oil leak ( bet you know why i know)....

You'll need to fashion a push rod. 1000 clutch and 1200 slave don't match perfectly. I forget the length, but it's not too hard to fab one up.

If that doesn’t work out, I have a few gl1200 lifter rods - perhaps you could mod one of them

I looked this morning. Seems that the one I have is 1 and a half inch long. Sorry. I was gathering parts at one time to do a conversion, and thought I had one.

Round bar stock cut to length, rounded and smoothed, as noted above, is a pretty easy job.

Whatever I suggest here should be given ample time for a moderator to delicately correct. I apologize in advance.

I will file that away. I will have the engine out when I do the conversion on the engine so it will be a bit before I find out I did an "uh oh".
