Airlift cooling system tool?

Friend bought this years ago for servicing his 2002 Goldwing. He never used it, got out of motorcycling and dropped it off at the workshop. Anyone have experience with these? Thanks

Or how to pop numerous holes in your 45year old radiator!

Just saw a Youtube video where Tony Angelo used something like this on his LS-engine-into-Porsche-996 project to check the exceedingly complex cooling system. Better to find the leaks with vacuum than liquid. Then when it holds vacuum, turning a valve allows coolant into the system and fills every nook and cranny.
