trike plans

for those of you that have M.B.S. (multiple bike syndrome) and have the "silver wing" models.
as our sponsors also have supplies for those bikes and they are popular with the "wing" crowd.

trike plans

#1

Post by Skunkpaw »

Browsing the UnderGround CustomiZing yesterday I ran across the post by bryceliving about a possible trike project. Got me thinking about the '80 CX500 parted out in the garage. My original plan for it was to trike it. Got the bug again. But, I have a hard time, just jumpin' in. Anyone have frame schematics they'd be willing to share so I can mark 'em up and get a feel for what I want to do? Much appreciated. Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated as well.

Thanks

Found 'em. Thanks. PM me if you need 'em. No dimensions, just a sketch of the frame.

Didn't notice before but the city police has a fleet of Silverwing trikes. I used to park next to them in the garage at work. Looked at them many times but did not put 2+2 together. I'll have to take my camera with me some day and post some pictures.
