Remove the dome nut and copper washer.
Remove the impeller (with rubber and ceramic seal pressed into backside of it)
Then there should be the steel thrust washer.
Installation is reversed.. Use a new copper washer (cheap insurance) and torque the domed nut to 6½ ft lbs.
so its behind the ceramic seal? or behind the impeller?
I took it apart and happened to have another one here and guess what? it was gone so I took the one that had it and will know later if that took care of the problem? I could see how that would be missed in replacing the seals thanks till then 8)
Well so far so good BUT I am still leaveing the pampers on just in case it has an accident thanks again till then 8)
