CMSNL has been my go-to for stock parts lately. Shipping makes buying individual parts hurts, but if you get a bunch of stuff prices are quite reasonable.

Thanks for your replies, Steve and Mike. I sent an email inquiry to "Mike" at Jets R Us, along with my 3 photos and screenshot of their product listing. He replied back, "yes it looks like a match to me." good 'nuff

My experience with jets is that they clean up well with the little wire brushes available for Dremel tools and maybe a dental pick. The bore can be cleaned up with a properly sized drill (in this case a 0.35mm jobber drill $3.30 at Grainger. You might want a pin chuck to hold the drill.).
To change the bore size they can be soldered closed and re-drilled with another size.
Disclaimer: If you are cleaning it and it goes flying across the room you would need to buy another one anyway.

I'd bet a 1/2 to 1 hour soak in methyl hydrate and scrubbing with a toothbrush would get most of the deposits that matter off. It won't remove the dark oxidation layer but that won't affect function and who cares if they look shiny as long as they work?

Note I had previously stated, "I don't have access to an ultrasonic cleaner."
How do you propose I would hold the itty bitty jet and scrub the inside of the jet with a toothbrush, Bob? Stop, 'nuff said ;)
I've ordered 4 new jets.

Done. tumb2

After soaking in alcohol (no form of agitation required) I usually hold them between my fingers while scrubbing the loosened deposits from the outside. Anything inside the bore can usually be pushed out with a fine wire or a bristle from the brush.

FWIW, I've never needed any ultrasonic cleaner other than a little one made for cleaning dentures and I don't often use that one in the garage shop.

A trick I find useful on cleaning the brass jets or other small brass fuel screws etc. I mix 50% water with 50% household white 5% vinegar and put it into a small pan on the stove with the brass inside. Bring to a boil and I boil the mixture then on a slow boil for 20-30 minutes.
This cleans the varnished gas residue from both inside and outside the jet and as an added bonus the vinegar cleans up the discoloured brass back to a shinier finish.
I still use the small jet cleaner wire tools to push through the jet or emulsion tubes holes, yet this is usually not necessary on the bigger jet sizes.

I have boiled entire badly-varnished carburetors to get them soft enough to break everything free. Plain water and heat does work wonders sometimes.
