I"m thinking that any of the participants that have not responded to the change in venue should be contacted. Last minute scrambles to get rooms could get interesting. Is there a running list of participants?

I had a list of people who had confirmed reservations but that was for the Travelodge. I'm not sure who has new reservations at the Quality Express in Mineral Wells.
Please post on this thread once you make your new reservation

I’m fixed up at Mineral Wells, but Boy oh boy was she challenged with completing that task.

Ok. Morgan has a reservation and I (halfnaked, aka: Bob) have a reservation. My wife of 56 years (Kathy) will also be coming but not riding. We can bring extra chairs, etc. in the car. Gettin’ close. See you all there. Bill, I think the switch was a wise decision. Thanks!!!

Speaking of chairs, it would be a really good idea to bring chairs as the outside seating is limited.
