Follow up x-rays looked good … stiff soled shoes for another six weeks, but no other restrictions

Actually, that’s an old wive's tale; all our bones heal at the same rate, about 6 weeks, regardless of age, except kids, they’re faster.

Yeah, the bones heal at about the same rate but the soft tissue around them seems to take longer.

And since most of us seem to be at least as old as dirt around here.....
