Where to find risers?

#1

Post by jhusman »

I'm going to put some flat bars on my bike, but I want them to be at about the height they are now - where do I find some long risers? Long and back would be great.

If you go to the Wing Mans Lounge and go to Wannabes Album , He's done an incredible job on his GL , and you'll see the 4 " dog Bone risers on his , he was saying that he purchased at E Bay .

Here is a URL for the E bay dog bone risers ; http://search.ebay.com/search/search.dl ... one+risers

Hope this helps you out . ( Z )

drumslam4jc has the dog bones on my old ride:

he got his from CYCLE-RE-CYCLE PART II for $12.95 plus shipping. so don't pay too much on ebay.

these are 4" but they also come in 6", which sounds more like what you're looking for.
(probably a few $$$ more then the 4"s but shouldn't be too expensive.)
