you could use fibrefill,or glass reinforced plastic(grp)
dont exactly know what is available in the usa..

here we even have hot melt plastic guns(plastiweld) that melt plastic like liquid glue,in various colours that set like normal plastic........

shop around, you will find suitable repair kit for your needs........

The best way I've found to repair ABS plastic parts is use cut off sections of ABS plastic pipe and fuse them into the cracks or holes with a large slodering iron that I have, then I can just about make an invisible repair.

This is called plastic welding and all plastic must be clean and the plastic temperature must be controlled precisely so it does take some practise.

If you don't have the skill or tools neccessary to do this you can go to most auto body shops and have them do it for you.

Everybody has great idea's, and I've done most of them, and know they work.

One other not: drill a hole at the end of the crack, so it won't continue to split after repairs.

fixing plastic holes or cracks

I used to work for a company fixing and respraying business telephone systems. They would come to us after a fall from a desk or what have you. To fix cracks or to make new corners ect... we would use superglue and baking soda put the superglue into the crack then while it is still wet sprinkle baking soda on it . It hardens that sec and is very strong. then it can be sanded and painted. Hope this helps someone....

Not bad, I'll have to try it. I have been away from the wing for a while because I bought a 72 Honda Trail 90, and I've been trying to get it going.
