Post by Annie's Boyfriend »

I'm looking for a nice alternative turnsignal light for Annie, now that I ordered the headlight that is the next step in getting naked.

Any idea's (with pics please)

Found the bulletlights by Highway Hawk, they look nice.

Anyone of you have experiance with handlebar end lights??
like these:

I'm not sure if those would look nice, maybe on a straight handlebar using dogbonerisers??

Not sure they would do much good for bars that have much pull back. Dosen't put the lite in a great place.

Look around the net some, I think Cycle-re-cycle has some that would fit most anything.

Here are some fork mounted lights. Think you need the 41mm size. About $ 45 US for a set of two. I couldn't figure out how to get a pic posted.[/img]

Well, I hope he answers soon, so that I can use my arms for steering instead of signaling my way with them :-D :-D

Well gents, I had contact with the guy who is selling the lightbar with spotlights and turnsignals.
He accepted my offer :-D and will send it to me asap.

As soon as I have it installed on Annie I will provide you with pics.
here is one in advance:

chrome looks nice, a little rust on the edges of the turnsignalbrackets, he says, but nothing alarming.

Thanks all for your input.

Congrats AB , I see you can simply make up a braket with the proper centre holes to match with the front brake crossover on the GL . Dang they look good though . tumb2

Thanks Zryder, do you think the bolts should be longer to provide the same strength to the mounted parts??

Those bolts you may want to get them a bit longer just to make up the thickness of the material you are using is all ., yes for that . I mounted my aftermarket headlight pod on it and am very satisfied of the quality . What I think I'll go ahead and do is fabricate the same type of light bar you got there out of stainless steel and weld it to my braket I have the headlight pod to . Thanks for the idea . Hummmm , to the drawing bourd all . :)

Z- you gonna make one? Have you got a tube bending machine, or how you do the bending ?
