Any of you who have visited the Chopper Charles CX/GL forum will have encountered Dick. He was one of the most knowledgeable people in CX circles and was always willing to help newbies figure out how to make their bikes safe & roadworthy. He was also the father of Chopper Charles and was considered a good friend by many of us who knew him through the forums.
