Passing of a fellow rider and great friend

#1

Post by buggss »

Those of you who attended the New River Gorge Rally may remember Larry Ruppe a jolly fellow who came with Jim Brabb and I. I got a call from his son early this morning to let me know his dad had passed the night before. Larry rode a prestine red 75 to the rally. Larry was a good friend and a avid rider. Please say a prayer for his family they will truely miss him as I will too.

IIRC Larry is the one with the garage full of concours restored GL1000s? If so he was at the Cumberland Gap Randakk rally as well. So sorry to hear that he has passed.

Glad I got to meet him for the first and last time at the New River Gorge Rally. Will say a prayer for the family, as he will certainly be missed.
