To all that were friends of my father, those that he rode with, those that he did business with, those that he loved with all his heart ~ He rides now without restraint, swaying through the curves, head and bike angled ready to lean into the next twist. No worries and no traffic to hinder, looking towards the sunset. I love you mosterest, Pa. Proud to be your daughter, we'll ride again together one day ~ Moosie.

Pistol Pete Boody, 1941 - 2020. That dash in the middle was a life lived to the fullest. ❤️

I just learned. He was a genuine gentleman. Although I spent little time with him, I learned and grew from it.

I believe Mark will continue it after the family has time to grieve. They have posted that carbs in-process will be completed. Their oldwings site is presently down, but Pistol Pete Services facebook page is still active and Moose has posted to Pete Boody facebook page.

Can't believe it! Pete and I had a friendly altercation on one of the Wing FB forums only about 2 months ago and I talked with Mark just three weeks ago, with no hint of anything seriously wrong with him.
He was a true GL1000 guru and will be sadly missed.

From Chris
Hello, this is Moose from Pistol Pete's. I'm sure your members have heard of Pete's passing this past Sunday. The family will be receiving friends at Mount Pisgah Baptist Church in Oliver Springs, TN on Saturday, July 18, from 4-6 pm with services to follow. ANY of the NGW members are welcome to come pay their respects and if they wish to do so, please ride in on two wheels. That would've tickled Pete to no end. Thank all you guys and gals that have interacted with my Pa through the years. He really loved the GLs and the friends he met through them.

If you would care to pass this message on to the group, I would greatly appreciate it.

Regards,
Moose ~ Pistol Pete Boody's daughter
